Fife Society for the Blind is a Scottish charity registered with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator and a Company Limited by Guarantee.
Membership of the Society is open to anyone who supports the aims and activities of the Society, and members are entitled to attend Annual General Meetings. For further details about membership please contact – info@fsbinsight.co.uk
Responsibility for governance of the Society rests with the Board of Directors. The Board endeavours to ensure that the majority of its directors are blind or partially sighted, and that the organisation is led by those it serves.
In addition to those charged with the governance of the Society, an appointment can be made to the honorary position of President. The Honorary President acts as an ambassador for the Society representing the organisation within a wider network and at formal occasions.
